Rich and creamy soft cow's cheese marinated in cold-pressed British rapeseed oil with thyme, garlic and black pepper. This cheese is made entirely by hand, and undergoes a brining process similar to a traditional feta before being bottled.
Graceburn is made in Kent by Dave Holton and Tim Jarvis of Blackwoods Cheese, both formerly of Neal's Yard Dairy, using milk from the herd that grazes on-site.
